It can be attached to tools weighing no more than 15 lbs. (6.8 kg). The product provides an operating range of 11 in. (27.9 cm) relaxed to 17 in. (43.1 cm) fully extended. Once in place, it becomes a key component to the tethering system intended to prevent the tool from being dropped and injuring an individual or damaging property.
